In vitro, the TRIAP1:PRELID1 complex mediates the transfer of phosphatidic acid (PA) between liposomes and probably functions as a PA transporter across the mitochondrion intermembrane space to provide PA for CL synthesis in the inner membrane. Regulates the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway in primary Th cells. Regulates Th cell differentiation by down-regulating STAT6 thereby reducing IL-4-induced Th2 cell number. May be important for the development of vital and immunocompetent organs. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:18945965, ECO:0000269|PubMed:21364629, ECO:0000269|PubMed:23931759}. |PRELI| |phosphatidic acid transfer activity| |positive regulation of phospholipid transport| |positive regulation of cellular respiration| |regulation of phospholipid transport| |negative regulation of mitochondrial membrane potential| |negative regulation of membrane potential| |positive regulation of T cell apoptotic process| |positive regulation of lymphocyte apoptotic process| |negative regulation of release of cytochrome c from mitochondria| |positive regulation of leukocyte apoptotic process| |regulation of cellular respiration| |regulation of T cell apoptotic process| |regulation of release of cytochrome c from mitochondria| |positive regulation of anion transport| |regulation of membrane lipid distribution| |regulation of lymphocyte apoptotic process| |negative regulation of mitochondrion organization| |positive regulation of lipid transport| |regulation of mitochondrial membrane potential| |mitochondrial intermembrane space| |positive regulation of lipid localization| |regulation of leukocyte apoptotic process| |phospholipid transport| |regulation of anion transport| |regulation of lipid transport| |organophosphate ester transport| |regulation of lipid localization| |regulation of T cell differentiation| |regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy| |regulation of lymphocyte differentiation| |positive regulation of endopeptidase activity| |regulation of mitochondrion organization| |positive regulation of peptidase activity| |negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway| |regulation of leukocyte differentiation| |positive regulation of ion transport| |lipid transport| |regulation of T cell activation| |lipid localization| |positive regulation of proteolysis| |negative regulation of organelle organization| |regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway| |regulation of endopeptidase activity| |regulation of membrane potential| |regulation of peptidase activity| |regulation of hemopoiesis| |organic anion transport| |regulation of lymphocyte activation| |anion transport| |protein-containing complex| |regulation of leukocyte activation| |regulation of cell activation| |positive regulation of apoptotic process| |positive regulation of programmed cell death| |positive regulation of cell death| |regulation of ion transport| |negative regulation of cellular component organization| |regulation of proteolysis| |positive regulation of hydrolase activity| |membrane organization| |negative regulation of apoptotic process| |negative regulation of programmed cell death| |apoptotic process| |positive regulation of transport| |negative regulation of cell death| |programmed cell death| |cell death| |mitochondrion| |negative regulation of signal transduction| |regulation of hydrolase activity| |regulation of organelle organization| |negative regulation of cell communication| |negative regulation of signaling| |ion transport| |positive regulation of catalytic activity| |regulation of apoptotic process| |regulation of programmed cell death| |positive regulation of cellular protein metabolic process| |negative regulation of response to stimulus| |regulation of immune system process| |regulation of cell death| |positive regulation of protein metabolic process| |positive regulation of molecular function| |regulation of cell differentiation| |regulation of transport| |immune response| \\ === CRISPR Data === ^Screen^Score^ |Rapamycin 2μM R07 exp306|1.74| |5-Fluorouracil 20μM R00 exp2|1.84| |Etoposide 1μM R00 exp19|1.91| |SNS-032 25μM R07 exp401|2.09| |Epigallocatechin gallate 20μM R05 exp230|2.16| |UM0011500 10μM R05 exp246|2.17| |Rotenone 20μM R00 exp34|2.22| ^Gene^Correlation^ |HARS|0.622| Global Fraction of Cell Lines Where Essential: 739/739 ^Tissue^Fraction Of Cell Lines Where Essential^ |1290807.0|1/1| |909776.0|1/1| |bile duct|28/28| |blood|28/28| |bone|26/26| |breast|33/33| |central nervous system|56/56| |cervix|4/4| |colorectal|17/17| |esophagus|13/13| |fibroblast|1/1| |gastric|16/16| |kidney|21/21| |liver|20/20| |lung|75/75| |lymphocyte|16/16| |ovary|26/26| |pancreas|24/24| |peripheral nervous system|16/16| |plasma cell|15/15| |prostate|1/1| |skin|24/24| |soft tissue|9/9| |thyroid|2/2| |upper aerodigestive|22/22| |urinary tract|29/29| |uterus|5/5| == Essentiality in NALM6 == * **Essentiality Rank**: 276 * **Expression level (log2 read counts)**: 6.59
