Inhibits the translocation of SLC2A4 from intracellular vesicles to the plasma membrane by STX4A binding and preventing the interaction between STX4A and VAMP2. Stimulation with insulin disrupts the interaction with STX4A, leading to increased levels of SLC2A4 at the plasma membrane. May also play a role in the regulation of insulin release by pancreatic beta cells after stimulation by glucose (By similarity). {ECO:0000250}. |PDZ| |WW| |positive regulation of keratinocyte proliferation| |regulation of keratinocyte proliferation| |positive regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition| |syntaxin binding| |regulation of insulin secretion involved in cellular response to glucose stimulus| |phagocytic vesicle| |regulation of glucose transmembrane transport| |insulin receptor signaling pathway| |positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition| |cellular response to interferon-gamma| |cellular response to insulin stimulus| |regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition| |regulation of insulin secretion| |protein stabilization| |response to interferon-gamma| |positive regulation of epithelial cell proliferation| |regulation of peptide hormone secretion| |response to insulin| |cellular response to peptide hormone stimulus| |regulation of hormone secretion| |positive regulation of cell cycle process| |regulation of protein stability| |cellular response to peptide| |regulation of epithelial cell proliferation| |protein targeting| |positive regulation of cell cycle| |response to peptide hormone| |regulation of cell cycle phase transition| |regulation of protein secretion| |response to peptide| |regulation of peptide secretion| |transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase signaling pathway| |regulation of hormone levels| |regulation of transmembrane transport| |cellular response to organonitrogen compound| |cellular response to hormone stimulus| |cellular response to nitrogen compound| |regulation of protein transport| |enzyme linked receptor protein signaling pathway| |regulation of peptide transport| |regulation of establishment of protein localization| |regulation of secretion by cell| |regulation of cell cycle process| |innate immune response| |cellular response to DNA damage stimulus| |regulation of secretion| |response to hormone| |positive regulation of cell population proliferation| |regulation of cellular localization| |defense response to other organism| |intracellular protein transport| |response to organonitrogen compound| |cellular response to cytokine stimulus| |regulation of protein localization| |cellular response to oxygen-containing compound| |response to nitrogen compound| |response to cytokine| |regulation of cell cycle| |cellular response to endogenous stimulus| |response to other organism| |response to external biotic stimulus| |response to biotic stimulus| |defense response| |response to endogenous stimulus| |protein transport| |intracellular transport| |peptide transport| |response to oxygen-containing compound| |amide transport| |cellular protein localization| |cellular macromolecule localization| |establishment of protein localization| |regulation of cell population proliferation| |cellular response to stress| |establishment of localization in cell| |nitrogen compound transport| |regulation of transport| |immune response| \\ === CRISPR Data === ^Screen^Score^ |[[:results:exp83|Trametinib 10μM R02 exp83]]|1.73| |[[:results:exp417|Tubastatin-A 2.5μM R07 exp417]]|1.84| |[[:results:exp190|Vincristine 0.0005μM R04 exp190]]|1.87| |[[:results:exp60|Vinblastine 0.002μM R01 exp60]]|1.94| |[[:results:exp54|Taxol 0.002μM R01 exp54]]|1.97| |[[:results:exp59|UMK57 1μM R01 exp59]]|1.99| No correlation found to any other genes in chemogenomics.
