In addition, by preventing beta-2 integrin internalization and attenuating chemokine signaling favors adhesion over migration (PubMed:28807980). Heterophilic interaction with PECAM1 on endothelial cells plays a role in neutrophil transendothelial migration in vitro (PubMed:17580308). However, appears to be dispensable for neutrophil recruitment caused by bacterial infection in vivo (PubMed:23461681). Acts as a receptor for the mature form of protease PRTN3 allowing its display at the cell surface of neutrophils (PubMed:17244676, PubMed:18462208). By displaying PRTN3 at the neutrophil cell surface, may play a role in enhancing endothelial cell junctional integrity and thus vascular integrity during neutrophil diapedesis (PubMed:23202369). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:17244676, ECO:0000269|PubMed:17580308, ECO:0000269|PubMed:18462208, ECO:0000269|PubMed:21193407, ECO:0000269|PubMed:23202369, ECO:0000269|PubMed:23461681, ECO:0000269|PubMed:28807980}. |UPAR LY6| |positive regulation of neutrophil activation| |positive regulation of neutrophil degranulation| |neutrophil extravasation| |regulation of neutrophil degranulation| |regulation of neutrophil activation| |cell-cell junction maintenance| |regulation of integrin-mediated signaling pathway| |cell junction maintenance| |positive regulation of superoxide anion generation| |regulation of superoxide anion generation| |positive regulation of leukocyte degranulation| |protein localization to cell surface| |plasma membrane raft| |positive regulation of myeloid leukocyte mediated immunity| |regulation of superoxide metabolic process| |cellular extravasation| |cellular component maintenance| |regulation of leukocyte degranulation| |leukocyte cell-cell adhesion| |positive regulation of regulated secretory pathway| |regulation of myeloid leukocyte mediated immunity| |calcium-dependent protein binding| |tertiary granule membrane| |positive regulation of exocytosis| |specific granule membrane| |neutrophil migration| |positive regulation of reactive oxygen species metabolic process| |secretory granule membrane| |granulocyte migration| |anchored component of membrane| |protease binding| |myeloid leukocyte migration| |integrin binding| |positive regulation of leukocyte mediated immunity| |cell-cell junction organization| |regulation of regulated secretory pathway| |lamellipodium| |regulation of reactive oxygen species metabolic process| |regulation of endocytosis| |regulation of leukocyte mediated immunity| |cell junction organization| |positive regulation of immune effector process| |regulation of exocytosis| |cell-cell adhesion via plasma-membrane adhesion molecules| |blood coagulation| |coagulation| |hemostasis| |leukocyte migration| |positive regulation of secretion by cell| |positive regulation of leukocyte activation| |positive regulation of cell activation| |positive regulation of secretion| |regulation of immune effector process| |wound healing| |neutrophil degranulation| |neutrophil activation involved in immune response| |regulation of body fluid levels| |neutrophil mediated immunity| |neutrophil activation| |granulocyte activation| |cell-cell adhesion| |leukocyte degranulation| |myeloid leukocyte mediated immunity| |myeloid cell activation involved in immune response| |regulation of vesicle-mediated transport| |response to wounding| |myeloid leukocyte activation| |regulation of leukocyte activation| |leukocyte activation involved in immune response| |cell activation involved in immune response| |regulation of cell activation| |regulated exocytosis| |regulation of secretion by cell| |leukocyte mediated immunity| |innate immune response| |exocytosis| |regulation of secretion| |positive regulation of immune response| |leukocyte activation| |cell adhesion| |biological adhesion| |defense response to other organism| |cell migration| |positive regulation of transport| |secretion by cell| |export from cell| |cell activation| |localization of cell| |cell motility| |immune effector process| |secretion| |positive regulation of immune system process| |regulation of immune response| |response to other organism| |response to external biotic stimulus| |locomotion| |response to biotic stimulus| |defense response| |movement of cell or subcellular component| |cellular protein localization| |cellular macromolecule localization| |regulation of immune system process| |regulation of transport| |immune response| |vesicle-mediated transport| \\ === CRISPR Data === No hits were found.
