DKKs play an important role in vertebrate development, where they locally inhibit Wnt regulated processes such as antero- posterior axial patterning, limb development, somitogenesis and eye formation. In the adult, Dkks are implicated in bone formation and bone disease, cancer and Alzheimer disease (By similarity). {ECO:0000250}. |Dickkopf N| |negative regulation of anti-Mullerian hormone signaling pathway| |regulation of anti-Mullerian hormone signaling pathway| |negative regulation of aldosterone metabolic process| |negative regulation of cortisol biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of aldosterone biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of steroid hormone biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of glucocorticoid biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of glucocorticoid metabolic process| |regulation of cortisol biosynthetic process| |regulation of aldosterone biosynthetic process| |regulation of aldosterone metabolic process| |regulation of glucocorticoid biosynthetic process| |regulation of glucocorticoid metabolic process| |negative regulation of hormone biosynthetic process| |regulation of steroid hormone biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of hormone metabolic process| |negative regulation of alcohol biosynthetic process| |co-receptor binding| |regulation of ketone biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of steroid biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of steroid metabolic process| |adrenal gland development| |regulation of hormone biosynthetic process| |receptor antagonist activity| |regulation of hormone metabolic process| |negative regulation of lipid biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of signaling receptor activity| |regulation of alcohol biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of lipid metabolic process| |regulation of steroid biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of small molecule metabolic process| |regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway| |regulation of steroid metabolic process| |regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus| |endocrine system development| |regulation of cellular ketone metabolic process| |regulation of signaling receptor activity| |negative regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway| |regulation of lipid biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of Wnt signaling pathway| |regulation of transmembrane receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway| |regulation of cellular response to growth factor stimulus| |regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway| |Wnt signaling pathway| |cell-cell signaling by wnt| |regulation of Wnt signaling pathway| |regulation of lipid metabolic process| |gland development| |regulation of small molecule metabolic process| |cell surface receptor signaling pathway involved in cell-cell signaling| |regulation of hormone levels| |cell-cell signaling| |negative regulation of molecular function| |negative regulation of transcription, DNA-templated| |negative regulation of nucleic acid-templated transcription| |negative regulation of RNA biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of signal transduction| |negative regulation of RNA metabolic process| |negative regulation of cell communication| |negative regulation of signaling| |negative regulation of cellular macromolecule biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of nucleobase-containing compound metabolic process| |negative regulation of macromolecule biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of cellular biosynthetic process| |negative regulation of biosynthetic process| |extracellular space| |negative regulation of response to stimulus| |negative regulation of gene expression| \\ === CRISPR Data === No hits were found.
