Required to maintain meiotic arrest in oocytes during the germinal vesicle (GV) stage, a long period of quiescence at dictyate prophase I, by phosphorylating CDK1 at 'Tyr-15', leading to inhibit CDK1 activity and prevent meiotic reentry. Also required for metaphase II exit during egg activation by phosphorylating CDK1 at 'Tyr-15', to ensure exit from meiosis in oocytes and promote pronuclear formation (By similarity). {ECO:0000250}. |Pkinase Tyr| |Pkinase| |female pronucleus assembly| |negative regulation of oocyte maturation| |negative regulation of oocyte development| |negative regulation of oogenesis| |regulation of oocyte maturation| |regulation of meiosis I| |negative regulation of cell maturation| |regulation of oocyte development| |regulation of oogenesis| |regulation of cell maturation| |regulation of fertilization| |negative regulation of cyclin-dependent protein serine/threonine kinase activity| |negative regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity| |female meiotic nuclear division| |regulation of meiotic nuclear division| |non-membrane spanning protein tyrosine kinase activity| |regulation of meiotic cell cycle| |negative regulation of reproductive process| |protein tyrosine kinase activity| |regulation of cyclin-dependent protein serine/threonine kinase activity| |regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity| |female gamete generation| |negative regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity| |nucleus organization| |single fertilization| |peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation| |peptidyl-tyrosine modification| |meiotic nuclear division| |mitotic cell cycle checkpoint| |regulation of reproductive process| |meiotic cell cycle process| |fertilization| |regulation of nuclear division| |cell cycle checkpoint| |negative regulation of multi-organism process| |magnesium ion binding| |meiotic cell cycle| |negative regulation of protein kinase activity| |protein kinase activity| |negative regulation of kinase activity| |negative regulation of transferase activity| |nuclear division| |negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle| |organelle fission| |negative regulation of cell development| |cellular process involved in reproduction in multicellular organism| |negative regulation of protein phosphorylation| |negative regulation of phosphorylation| |regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity| |negative regulation of phosphate metabolic process| |negative regulation of phosphorus metabolic process| |negative regulation of cell cycle| |negative regulation of protein modification process| |mitotic cell cycle process| |regulation of mitotic cell cycle| |mitotic cell cycle| |gamete generation| |negative regulation of cell differentiation| |regulation of cell cycle process| |organelle assembly| |regulation of multi-organism process| |negative regulation of catalytic activity| |regulation of protein kinase activity| |multicellular organismal reproductive process| |sexual reproduction| |multicellular organism reproduction| |regulation of kinase activity| |peptidyl-amino acid modification| |regulation of cell development| |negative regulation of developmental process| |protein phosphorylation| |regulation of transferase activity| |multi-organism reproductive process| |cell cycle process| |negative regulation of cellular protein metabolic process| |positive regulation of phosphorylation| |negative regulation of protein metabolic process| |positive regulation of phosphate metabolic process| |positive regulation of phosphorus metabolic process| |negative regulation of molecular function| |regulation of cell cycle| |negative regulation of multicellular organismal process| |phosphorylation| |regulation of organelle organization| |cell cycle| |reproductive process| |reproduction| |regulation of protein phosphorylation| |ATP binding| |regulation of phosphorylation| |regulation of phosphate metabolic process| |regulation of phosphorus metabolic process| |regulation of cell differentiation| |regulation of protein modification process| \\ === CRISPR Data === No hits were found.
