InsP6 (inositol hexakisphophate) is not a substrate. Acts as a negative regulator of the ERK1/2 pathway. Also able to catalyze the hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphates, with Ap6A and Ap5A being the preferred substrates. The major reaction products are ADP and p4a from Ap6A and ADP and ATP from Ap5A. Also able to hydrolyze 5- phosphoribose 1-diphosphate. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:9822604}. <button type='primary' size='sm' modal='Pfam_Domains'>Pfam Domains</button> <button type='primary' size='sm' modal='GO_terms'>GO Terms</button> <modal id='Pfam_Domains' size='lg' title='Pfam Domains'> |NUDIX| </modal> <modal id='GO_terms' size='lg' title='GO Terms'> |diphosphoinositol polyphosphate catabolic process| |bis(5-adenosyl)-hexaphosphatase activity| |adenosine 5-(hexahydrogen pentaphosphate) catabolic process| |endopolyphosphatase activity| |diadenosine hexaphosphate metabolic process| |diadenosine polyphosphate catabolic process| |bis(5-adenosyl)-pentaphosphatase activity| |diphosphoinositol polyphosphate metabolic process| |diadenosine pentaphosphate catabolic process| |adenosine 5-(hexahydrogen pentaphosphate) metabolic process| |diadenosine hexaphosphate catabolic process| |diadenosine pentaphosphate metabolic process| |diphosphoinositol-polyphosphate diphosphatase activity| |inositol diphosphate pentakisphosphate diphosphatase activity| |inositol diphosphate tetrakisphosphate diphosphatase activity| |diadenosine polyphosphate metabolic process| |m7G(5)pppN diphosphatase activity| |inositol phosphate catabolic process| |polyol catabolic process| |purine ribonucleotide catabolic process| |ribonucleotide catabolic process| |purine nucleotide catabolic process| |purine-containing compound catabolic process| |alcohol catabolic process| |inositol phosphate metabolic process| |nucleotide catabolic process| |nucleoside phosphate catabolic process| |organic hydroxy compound catabolic process| |nucleobase-containing small molecule biosynthetic process| |polyol metabolic process| |organophosphate catabolic process| |carbohydrate derivative catabolic process| |magnesium ion binding| |purine ribonucleotide metabolic process| |alcohol metabolic process| |ribonucleotide metabolic process| |purine nucleotide metabolic process| |ribose phosphate metabolic process| |purine-containing compound metabolic process| |nucleobase-containing compound catabolic process| |heterocycle catabolic process| |cellular nitrogen compound catabolic process| |small molecule catabolic process| |aromatic compound catabolic process| |nucleotide metabolic process| |nucleoside phosphate metabolic process| |organic hydroxy compound metabolic process| |organic cyclic compound catabolic process| |nucleobase-containing small molecule metabolic process| |small molecule biosynthetic process| |organophosphate metabolic process| |carbohydrate derivative metabolic process| |organonitrogen compound catabolic process| |nucleobase-containing compound biosynthetic process| |cell-cell signaling| |heterocycle biosynthetic process| |aromatic compound biosynthetic process| |organic cyclic compound biosynthetic process| |cellular nitrogen compound biosynthetic process| |small molecule metabolic process| |organic substance catabolic process| |cellular catabolic process| </modal> \\ === CRISPR Data === <button type='primary' size='small' modal='Compound_Hit'>Compound Hit</button> <button type='default' size='small' modal='Most_Correlated_Genes'>Most Correlated Genes in Chemogenomics</button> <button type='primary' size='small' modal='Essential_Avana'>Tissues where Essential in the Avana Dataset (DepMap 20Q1)</button> <modal id='Compound_Hit' size='lg' title='Compound Hit'> ^Screen^Score^ |Arsenate 40μM R06 exp264|-1.98| |Tenofovir 10μM R07 exp405|-1.79| |SGC2043 10μM R03 exp152|-1.78| |NMS-873 0.07μM R07 exp380|-1.77| |UNC2400 2μM R03 exp156|1.7| </modal> <modal id='Most_Correlated_Genes' size='lg' title='Most Correlated Genes in Chemogenomics'> No correlation found to any other genes in chemogenomics. </modal> <modal id='Essential_Avana' size='lg' title='Tissues where Essential in the Avana Dataset (DepMap 20Q1)'> Global Fraction of Cell Lines Where Essential: 0/739 ^Tissue^Fraction Of Cell Lines Where Essential^ |1290807.0|0/1| |909776.0|0/1| |bile duct|0/28| |blood|0/28| |bone|0/26| |breast|0/33| |central nervous system|0/56| |cervix|0/4| |colorectal|0/17| |esophagus|0/13| |fibroblast|0/1| |gastric|0/16| |kidney|0/21| |liver|0/20| |lung|0/75| |lymphocyte|0/16| |ovary|0/26| |pancreas|0/24| |peripheral nervous system|0/16| |plasma cell|0/15| |prostate|0/1| |skin|0/24| |soft tissue|0/9| |thyroid|0/2| |upper aerodigestive|0/22| |urinary tract|0/29| |uterus|0/5| </modal> == Essentiality in NALM6 == * **<color #00a2e8>Essentiality Rank</color>**: 11978 * **<color #00a2e8>Expression level (log2 read counts)</color>**: 6.99 <button type='primary' size='small' modal='Dist_expr'>Expression Distribution</button> <modal id='Dist_expr' size='lg' title='NUDT3 Expression in NALM6 Cells: 6.99'> </modal> Last modified: 2026/01/07 22:36by 127.0.0.1
