After binding to interleukin-36 associates with the coreceptor IL1RAP to form the interleukin-36 receptor complex which mediates interleukin-36-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B, MAPK and other pathways (By similarity). The IL-36 signaling system is thought to be present in epithelial barriers and to take part in local inflammatory response; it is similar to the IL-1 system. Seems to be involved in skin inflammatory response by induction of the IL- 23/IL-17/IL-22 pathway. {ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:Q9ERS7, ECO:0000269|PubMed:11466363}. <button type='primary' size='sm' modal='Pfam_Domains'>Pfam Domains</button> <button type='primary' size='sm' modal='GO_terms'>GO Terms</button> <modal id='Pfam_Domains' size='lg' title='Pfam Domains'> |TIR| </modal> <modal id='GO_terms' size='lg' title='GO Terms'> |interleukin-1, type I, activating receptor activity| |interleukin-1 receptor activity| |cellular defense response| |positive regulation of T cell differentiation| |positive regulation of lymphocyte differentiation| |positive regulation of interleukin-6 production| |interleukin-1-mediated signaling pathway| |regulation of T cell differentiation| |regulation of interleukin-6 production| |positive regulation of leukocyte differentiation| |regulation of lymphocyte differentiation| |cellular response to interleukin-1| |positive regulation of hemopoiesis| |response to interleukin-1| |positive regulation of T cell activation| |positive regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion| |positive regulation of cell-cell adhesion| |regulation of leukocyte differentiation| |regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion| |regulation of T cell activation| |regulation of inflammatory response| |positive regulation of lymphocyte activation| |regulation of cell-cell adhesion| |positive regulation of leukocyte activation| |positive regulation of cell adhesion| |positive regulation of cell activation| |positive regulation of cytokine production| |regulation of hemopoiesis| |inflammatory response| |regulation of lymphocyte activation| |regulation of leukocyte activation| |regulation of cell activation| |cytokine-mediated signaling pathway| |regulation of cell adhesion| |regulation of cytokine production| |regulation of defense response| |innate immune response| |defense response to other organism| |positive regulation of cell differentiation| |cellular response to cytokine stimulus| |regulation of response to external stimulus| |response to cytokine| |positive regulation of immune system process| |response to other organism| |response to external biotic stimulus| |response to biotic stimulus| |defense response| |positive regulation of developmental process| |integral component of plasma membrane| |regulation of response to stress| |regulation of immune system process| |positive regulation of multicellular organismal process| |regulation of cell differentiation| |immune response| </modal> \\ === CRISPR Data === <button type='primary' size='small' modal='Compound_Hit'>Compound Hit</button> <button type='default' size='small' modal='Most_Correlated_Genes'>Most Correlated Genes in Chemogenomics</button> <button type='primary' size='small' modal='Essential_Avana'>Tissues where Essential in the Avana Dataset (DepMap 20Q1)</button> <modal id='Compound_Hit' size='lg' title='Compound Hit'> ^Screen^Score^ |6-Thio-2-deoxyguanosine 2μM R06 exp259|-2.43| |UMK57 1μM R01 exp59|-1.85| |LLY-284 2.6μM R06 exp291|-1.74| |Calcipotriol 5μM R08 exp464|1.73| |Cannabidiol 13μM R08 exp465|1.86| |Fas-L 44ng/ml R08 exp482|2.14| </modal> <modal id='Most_Correlated_Genes' size='lg' title='Most Correlated Genes in Chemogenomics'> No correlation found to any other genes in chemogenomics. </modal> <modal id='Essential_Avana' size='lg' title='Tissues where Essential in the Avana Dataset (DepMap 20Q1)'> Global Fraction of Cell Lines Where Essential: 0/739 ^Tissue^Fraction Of Cell Lines Where Essential^ |1290807.0|0/1| |909776.0|0/1| |bile duct|0/28| |blood|0/28| |bone|0/26| |breast|0/33| |central nervous system|0/56| |cervix|0/4| |colorectal|0/17| |esophagus|0/13| |fibroblast|0/1| |gastric|0/16| |kidney|0/21| |liver|0/20| |lung|0/75| |lymphocyte|0/16| |ovary|0/26| |pancreas|0/24| |peripheral nervous system|0/16| |plasma cell|0/15| |prostate|0/1| |skin|0/24| |soft tissue|0/9| |thyroid|0/2| |upper aerodigestive|0/22| |urinary tract|0/29| |uterus|0/5| </modal> == Essentiality in NALM6 == * **<color #00a2e8>Essentiality Rank</color>**: 13027 * **<color #00a2e8>Expression level (log2 read counts)</color>**: -7.68 <button type='primary' size='small' modal='Dist_expr'>Expression Distribution</button> <modal id='Dist_expr' size='lg' title='IL1RL2 Expression in NALM6 Cells: -7.68'> </modal> Last modified: 2025/12/10 20:19by 127.0.0.1
